Columbia Tusculum
Nestled along the riverbank and spreading over the Tusculum hills in eastern Cincinnati is the community of Columbia Tusculum (CT), the city’s oldest neighborhood. CT is a walkable neighborhood mixing the old with the new; this includes residential property and businesses. The rehabilitation of 100 year old homes and the building of new LEED certified homes has encouraged new businesses to open their doors in our neighborhood adding to the stable of businesses that have been here for up to 100 years. The neighborhood offers many options for dining, drinks, coffee, and music. Afterward you can work it off in one of the exercise studios or gyms and then get pampered at one of our salons. CT also offers a variety of art and educational programming. Whether your need is plumbing, a new phone, flowers, a builder, furniture, photography, real estate assistance, advertising, or “green” household items, Columbia Tusculum has what you need.
East End
Once known for some of the finest wooden shipbuilding yards in the country, the East End is one of Cincinnati’s oldest neighborhoods. It is said that for decades riverboat captains set their watches by the St. Rose Church clock tower which stands on the bend of the river, its spire visible for miles in all directions. After years of decline - initiated by mostly Ohio River flooding and urban flight to suburbs - local investors have realized the potential for redevelopment of this Eastside, riverfront gem - which now offers some of Cincinnati’s most exciting new residences, restaurants, and business locations.

Linwood
Linwood is a small community at the eastern-most end of the city. We are divided by the railroad tracks, Columbia Parkway, and Beechmont Ave making us a gateway community to the city. Our neighborhoods are comprised of beautiful turn of the century homes, industrial businesses, landscaping companies, Lunken Airport, and many various and unique enterprises. We also house Otto Armleder Park with its wonderful dog park and nature preserves along the Little Miami River.
Linwood is a land of opportunity. Our business section along Eastern Ave. is growing and ready for new developments. Our neighborhoods are quiet and many multi –generation families still reside in Linwood. This gives our area a sense of pride and creates an ideal environment in which businesses and residents alike can live and work.
