Real estate has been and is his love, though. Out of college, Nick began purchasing, remodeling and managing residential and small commercial properties. In addition to remodeling, Nick is a 19+ year real estate sales practitioner. Nick is the owner of Motz Real Estate. He and his team now offer cross-platform service in residential/light commercial sales, property management, and residential and commercial rehab/construction.
Free time finds him and his wife, Mary Beth, enjoying the bounties of the Ohio River, via boat. All in all, Nick loves real estate and the East End!
